October 15th (Wednesday): Departure Day. Most guests will fly out in the evening and arrive the following day. October 16th (Thursday): Arrival Day. October 17th (Friday): The Day Before. October 18th (Saturday): The Big Day. October 19th (Sunday): Farewell Day. Please make sure to book your flights for Wednesday night to arrive on Thursday, October 16th.
Do I have to wear certain colors to the wedding?

Yes, there is a color palette to follow for the wedding attire. Please refer to the specified colors to ensure your outfit aligns with the overall theme. If you have any questions about the palette or specific shades, feel free to reach out!
Do I need a Passport?

Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel to London. Passport processing can take up to four months, so it's essential to apply as soon as possible.
What Airport should I fly into?

To reach Hinwick House, flying into London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is your best option. From Heathrow, it's approximately a 1 hour and 20-minute drive (about 70 miles) to Hinwick House, making it a convenient choice for international travelers.
How do I get from the Airport to the Estate?

By Taxi or Uber: An Uber or private car ride from Heathrow Airport to Hinwick House typically takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes and covers around 70 miles. The estimated cost for an UberX is approximately £90 to £120 (about $110 to $145 per car), depending on traffic and demand. By Rental Car: Renting a car can be a convenient and cost-effective option, especially if you plan to explore the area or make multiple trips. Rental cars are available for £30 to £60 per day. By Train: You can take a train from London St Pancras International to Wellingborough Station, which is near Hinwick House. The East Midlands Railway service provides this route with trains every 30 minutes, and the journey takes about 52 minutes. Tickets cost between £20 and £40 (about $25 to $50 per person). From Wellingborough, you can take a 10-minute taxi ride to reach the estate.
How do I book the hotel?

You don’t have to worry about booking accommodations! We have reserved the entire estate for our event. To find out the cost of your stay, please speak with me directly, as prices will vary depending on the room you select. For payment, you can use either Venmo or Zelle. If you require installment payments, please contact us for options.
